Chapter 11
Reorganization under the Bankruptcy Code.
This chapter of the Bankruptcy Code provided (generally) for reorganization, usually involving a corporation or partnership. Chapter 12
Family Farmer or Family Fisherman Bankruptcy.
This chapter of the Bankruptcy Code normally provides for adjustment of debts of a "family farmer," or a "family fisherman" as those terms are defined in the Bankruptcy Code.

Chapter 13
Individual Debt Adjustment.
This chapter of the Bankruptcy Code provides for adjustment of debts of an individual with regular income. (Chapter 13 allows an individual to keep property and pay debts over time, usually three to five years.)
